    MovableType is powered by PHP or PERL? What kind of book would you recommend to learn PERL or PHP programing?

    MovableType is written in Perl, I think. As far as languages, what do you want to do with them? I wouldn’t bother buying any books, there are plenty of free PHP tutorials on the net.

    I actually hardly use either of these languages at all, and when I do I generally just steal code from some other site.
