Surprisingly good restaurant: Zeke’s Smokehouse in West Hollywood. It’s located in that giant new shopping center on the southwest corner of Santa Monica and La Brea, right next to the Formosa Cafe. It’s sterile in that suburban chain restaurant kinda way, and kinda noisy inside, but the BBQ is pretty good - way, way better than the Pig (a.k.a. The Most Suck-Ass BBQ in Los Angeles), better than Dr. Hogly Wogly’s, about on par with Wood Ranch. About $20 a plate. Plus you can go to Target afterwards, I guess.

Now playing: Hot Shots Golf Fore! on the Playstation 2. Highly recommended for just chilling out. I have been staying away from Doom 3, because quite frankly, it scares the hell out of me. When I come home from work, I need to chill out, not have my heartrate and adrenaline skyrocket.
