So That’s What the Beach Looks Like
June 5th, 2005
Yesterday Matt came by with a friend from out of town and we went to Venice Beach. In the seven years I’ve lived in Los Angeles (and the last three months where I’ve lived only a few miles away from Venice), I’d never been.
It was a really nice day out. I saw the dude in the white robe who rollerskates and plays electric guitar, and I got the explanation as to why there’s a pyramid on the dollar bill. (It has something to do with Michael Jackson and white people feeling guilty). After we walked around for awhile, we went to a cafe and drank a few brews.
Pretty cool. I’ll probably go back there again, sometime in the next seven years.
I am just curious why aren’t there any new pics at your moblog?
Airblogging is not working. Also I am still (five weeks later) proud of being able to add five extra shrimp to my steak at the coffee shop in the Sahara.
