Yep, it’s been over a month since I updated this thing. Yep.

Today I am taking a cue from yakface and updating while I’m at work. It’s a ghost town here. Oddly enough, it’s actually making me more productive, except for the writing-in-the-blog-at-work part. But even that is productivity, in its own little way.

I broke down and ordered an Xbox 360. It should be here tomorrow. I was going to wait until Halo 3 came out, but, well, you know how it goes. I keep checking the online UPS tracker every 15 minutes. It started out on Monday in Maumee, Ohio, then went to Hodgkins, Indiana, and now it’s presumably somewhere between here and there.

I looked online at real estate listings yesterday. A 2-bedroom condo in nearby Marina del Rey is running about $600,000. Remember when I said I won’t be buying a house in L.A. anytime soon? Well, I won’t be buying a condo in L.A. anytime soon, either. Fuck you, housing market.
